So, pour a really clean-tasting vodka (I like Smirnoff–not pricey like Grey Goose, better tasting than most of the cheap stuff) and add the herbs, spices, fruit or whatever you’d like to the bottle. Seal it up, leave it in a cabinet for pretty much as long as you want, since the vodka would be a preservative. Agitate it once in a while. When you’re ready, strain out the infused vodka (if you want) and use it in cocktails, or store in the freezer.
