I had my first cup of coffee tonight. Well, not my first cup, but my first cup of the season. I only drink coffee when it’s cool/cold outside. I can’t wait ’til it is really cold. When I can pull into my Seattle Drip and have a large Mt. Everest. I don’t even know what’s in the damn thing, but it sure is tasty. Liquid crack I tell ya!

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy. I’ve been pretty entertained this summer with my Coffee-Mate creamer - Vanilla Chai Spice. But Pumpkin Spice Latte sounds much, much betta.

I’m a plain black coffee gal normally, and I hate Starbucks regular coffee. But I love Pumpkin Spice Lattes. It’s a wonderful treat after I’ve done something I don’t want to, like exercise. It’s like having a hot milkshake, with coffee instead of ice cream…

Oh, Matt. Don’t take it so hard. I know great coffee when I taste it…but there just isn’t that much of it in Manhattan. Manhattan has Starbucks, and diner swill coffee, okay?

And each of these little sugarfied latte biatches is totally more dessert than coffee, anyway. So, like, it’s not really even coffee, per se. It’s a dessert with a coffee-esque base.

Pumpkin Spice what ?? Are you fuckin serious ?? Because I am getting more disturbed by the minute every time I read this post…

Here’s me thinking i’d done a good job of educating your coffee drinking sensibilities and then this comes along… shame shame shame.

Fortunately Starbucks has yet to infiltrate my corner of the world… which is good, because it means I won’t be arrested for trying to burn it down to save us all from these abominations to good taste.

However the coconuts toffee fudge “asshomocha” does sound intruiging.
